Return and Cancellation Policy
All vehicle sales are final. Each vehicle is sold “AS IS”, with no express or implied warranties, unless specifically stated in writing at the time of purchase.
No Returns or Cancellations
Due to the nature of pre-owned vehicle transactions, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once the purchase agreement is signed and payment has been made. The buyer is encouraged to conduct a full inspection and test drive prior to purchase.
Buyer Responsibility
By completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the vehicle, are satisfied with its condition, and accept full responsibility for the vehicle’s maintenance, repair, and use after the sale.
No Lemon Law Coverage
Florida’s “Lemon Law” does not apply to used vehicles sold “as is.” The buyer understands that the vehicle is being purchased in its current condition, without guarantees or obligations for future repairs or replacements.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy apply only if required by law or if a written agreement between the buyer and seller specifically provides otherwise.
